Campus Hire - Mechanical Integrity Engineer (Start ASAP)
Join ExxonMobil as a Mechanical Integrity Engineer supporting global asset integrity and corrosion management in a leading energy company.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Support asset integrity of fixed equipment and piping across Product Solutions and Upstream facilities globally
- Provide high quality technical insights and support as part of the Equipment engineering team
- Combine materials, corrosion expertise, inspection experience, and static equipment knowledge to ensure operational reliability and safety
- Deploy and execute static expertise assessments for in-service fixed equipment and piping
- Provide corrosion expertise for developing fit-for-purpose equipment strategies and integrity operating windows involving complex corrosion mechanisms
- Develop and deploy integrity, static, and corrosion management workflows globally
- Manage overall integrity effectiveness including criticality assessments, consequence/complexity rating, task intervals, regulatory compliance, and review of inspection findings
- Leverage cutting-edge tools and digital techniques to improve asset management effectiveness
- Provide regional oversight and stewardship of integrity work product metrics for quality, effectiveness, and efficiency
- Collaborate with global teams and occasionally travel to engage with internal stakeholders
About You
The company is looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials or Mechanical Engineering with excellent academic record
- Less than 3 years of relevant working experience (entry-level candidates encouraged)
- Ability to work in a multicultural global environment with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intellectual rigor, strong drive, and proactiveness in leading changeAbility to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
