  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update promotional pricing in the Xilnex POS system.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams for promotional mechanics.
  • Conduct POS transaction testing for promotional pricing accuracy.
  • Prepare and design campaign price tags according to guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team on campaign timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with PMG pricing policies and regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities
Promotion & Price Setting
  • Manage and update promotional pricing in the Xilnex POS system, ensuring accuracy and timely activation and deactivation.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to validate approved promotional mechanics prior to system upload.
  • Conduct POS transaction testing to ensure promotional pricing is correctly reflected at checkout.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of promotional pricing for audit purposes and post-campaign reviews.
Price Tag Management
  • Prepare and design campaign price tags in accordance with promotional guidelines and brand standards.
  • Distribute printed or digital-ready price tags to outlets in advance of campaign launches.
  • Ensure standardisation and compliance of price tag formats across all outlets.
  • Monitor the proper placement, replacement, and removal of price tags throughout campaign periods.
Campaign Execution Support
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align on campaign timelines and ensure all price settings and price tags are ready prior to launch.
  • Issue clear instructions and campaign memos to outlets regarding promotion start and end dates, price tag placement, and display guidelines.
  • Provide operational support and troubleshooting to outlets in cases of pricing discrepancies or missing price tags.
Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure all promotional pricing and price tags comply with PMG pricing policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Track, monitor, and report execution accuracy, errors, and delays to management.
  • Contribute recommendations for process improvements to minimise errors and improve efficiency in campaign execution.
