Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Ensure daily outlet readiness through systematic checks (cleanliness, setup, equipment)
  • Execute and monitor inventory system, FIFO practice and stock availability
  • Manage staff scheduling through structured workforce planning
  • Conduct daily briefing with focus on hospitality mindset, standards and execution
  • Lead, coach and guide team to deliver consistent service quality
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints with professional hospitality conduct
  • Ensure full compliance with SOP, hygiene, safety and operational systems
  • Prepare daily operational reports and communicate clearly with management
  • Maintain outlet image, company assets and brand hospitality standards
  • Support event operations, catering setup and ad-hoc system-driven tasks
