Job Descriptions:

• Produce shop drawings and detailed construction plan as per design provided by consultant and in compliance with local compliance code;
• Lead the development of comprehensive drawing sets for the project, proactively identifying and adding necessary details or missing information to the initial design drawings;
• Prepare drawings accurately from oral instructions, rough sketches and notes, calculations, dimensions to develop relevant shop drawing for approval;
• Study drawings and other pertinent papers, and discuss with key personnel in shop drawing preparation;
• Ensure that all materials are detailed and accounted for in shop drawing preparation;
• Explain drawings to project teams and provide adjustment information as necessary;
• Analyze and interpret changes, and continuously maintain and update the drawings;
• Ensure drawings are clear and comprehensible and easily understood by project teams;
• Ensure proper indexing, filing and storage of drawings in both hardcopy and electronic media;
• Consult key personnel for shop drawing submission schedule;
• Manage multiple projects concurrently through time management and work prioritization.

Job Requirement:

• At least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting or equivalent.
• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail; ensure all necessary information are in the drawings.
• Ability to interpret complex technical sketches and diagrams.
• Proactive and excellent communication and collaboration.
• Familiarity with industry standards and construction methods.
