Job summary

A leading aviation company in Shah Alam, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Cabin Crew Manager. You will lead and manage the cabin crew team to ensure safety and service excellence. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in cabin crew management within the private aviation sector. This role requires proven leadership skills and knowledge of aviation safety regulations. A two-year contract is offered with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Cabin Crew Manager or in a senior cabin crew leadership role.
  • Proven experience in private aviation or premium airline operations.
  • Hands-on experience in an Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) environment.

Job description
Qualifications
  • Degree with relevant qualification / certification OR equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Cabin Crew Manager or in a senior cabin crew leadership role.
  • Proven experience as a Cabin Crew Manager or similar role within the private aviation industry or premium airline operations.
  • Proven hands‑on experience working within an Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) environment, specifically in relation to cabin crew operations and management.
  • Excellent knowledge and skills of safety procedures and regulations in aviation.
  • Demonstrated strength in leadership, organizational excellence, and people management.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Accountabilities
  • Lead and manage the cabin crew team to ensure the highest standards of safety, service, and compliance.
  • Responsible for all aspects of cabin crew duties, training, development, discipline, and any other related matters.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and publications in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Strong reputation with aviation authorities CAAM to maintain compliance and manage audits.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between flight operations and cabin services.
  • Responsible for the rendering of the highest standard of service to the customers.
  • To perform any other duties as deemed fit to be within the scope of your position and as determined by Management from time to time.
Term

This is a two‑years contract.
