Job summary

A leading civil engineering firm is seeking a C&S Engineer for a 2-year contract in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The role involves assisting with planning, monitoring, and controlling daily work activities on-site. Candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in development projects. A positive mindset and ability to work independently in a team are essential. Remuneration ranges from RM 4,500 to RM 6,000 per month.

About the job C&S Engineer | 2 Years Contract

About the Company:

A leading civil engineering and construction firm, recognized as one of the top main contractors specializing in rail transit and underground space construction.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to Construction Manager, able to undertake any duties and responsibilities as so instructed.
• Assist in planning, monitor and control daily work activities for the project site.
• Lead supervisory team and contractor onsite for the timely construction work.
• Control, monitor and report target work progress.
• Able to plan, execute and monitor work site under certain targeted timeframe with proper quality control.
• Monitor and control all the daily work activities in term of documentation and on-site work progress.
• Coordinate with safety team for compliance of the contractor work in execution of its policies that required by the QESH Management System.
• Review, coordinate and ensure the execution of the issued drawing are being carried out correctly with its specification, schedule and site instruction.
• Team player for interfacing matter with other work trend like M&E.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil engineering or any related certificates.
• 5 years and above of working experience, preferably in development project.
• Knowledge of development flow, including planning, permitting, and construction management.
• Command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project etc).
• Able to work independently with collaborative teams.
• Positive mindset, committed and proactive to challenge.

Work Hour:

• Mon - Fri: 8am-5pm
• Sat: 8am - 1pm
