As a Buyer Office, you will:
Assist in launching new stores across ASEAN.
Prepare store layouts, floor setups, POP (Point of Purchase) materials, and operational support during openings.
Create multi-language product leaflets, POP materials, advertisements, and assembly instructions.
Maintain and enhance sales floors, execute promotional activities, and provide operational directives to teams.
Provide administrative support to the buyer office departments.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
Experience:
0–2 year of experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong analytical and market research skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) is a strong advantage.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of retail industry trends is an added advantage.
