Role Overview

Accenture’s Business Transformation team drives Digital and Process Transformation, delivering impactful business outcomes through technology and domain-led solutions. In this role, you will lead process transformation initiatives within the Software & Platform domain, applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and reduce variation. Expertise in statistical analysis and process improvement using tools like Minitab is essential. You will contribute to the Reinvented Operations journey, combining data, technology, people, and intelligence to enable agile decision-making and unlock business outcomes at scale. We seek dynamic leaders who think creatively and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to drive innovation and transformation.

Job Description
  • Responsible for managing the Software & Platform Transformation.
  • Drive Business Transformation solutions for clients for their retained and outsourced organization.
  • Creating customer engaging solutions focusing on end-to-end transformation, resulting in “Future Ready” Operations.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of proposals through enhanced stakeholder experience and delivering business outcomes.
  • Accelerate the journey to digital, data‑driven, intelligent operations by bringing together the best innovative digital technologies, process, and industry expertise.
  • Draw data and insights from client engagement, industry, and business process expertise.
  • Develop comprehensive end-to-end Value Stream Maps and Customer Journey Maps to visualize current‑state processes, Identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement, automation, and enhance customer experience across the Software & Platform Industry chain.

We are seeking a dynamic professional to:

  • Engage with Senior Leadership:Collaborate with senior client leaders to co‑create Transformation Roadmaps, define Target Operating Models (TOM), and identify opportunities to optimize tactical value while aligning transformation initiatives with strategic business objectives.
  • Drive Agentic and Automation Strategies:Lead discussions on leveraging RPA, Cognition (AI/ML), and automation as strategic enablers, while addressing organizational structure, governance models, RACI matrices, roles, process evaluation, and integration with BPM, platforms, and point solutions.
  • Conduct Due Diligence:Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, designing and building robust ecosystems for data mining, process intelligence, and transformation enablement.
  • Enable Intelligent Software & Platform Operations:Drive work orchestration through flexible operating models, automation, and an agile, digitally empowered workforce.
  • Solutioning and Innovation:Lead process improvements and transformations in Insurance Operations, collaborating across Accenture’s digital ecosystem and partners, and bringing solutions to life through demos and innovation labs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 15–18+ years of proven experience in Operations Transformation, Consulting, and Digital Transformation.
  • Prior experience in an Operations Excellence environment, engaging directly with C-level stakeholders, with a strong focus on billability, strategic outcomes, and value realization.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory, with hands‑on experience using Minitab and a portfolio of successfully completed transformation projects demonstrating statistical and analytical rigor.
