A company in the administrative sector is seeking a candidate for an administrative support role. The successful candidate will provide support to the Sales and Technical Support Departments, handling various tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Fluency in Malay and English is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities will be advantageous for this position.
To provide general administrative support to the Sales Department (SD) and Technical Support/ Service Department (TSSD). The candidate will handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. The candidate will be dealing with both internal customers i.e. sales person, logistics, coordinators, service team etc. and also our external customers, service providers and vendors as part of the job scope.
