As a Business Solutions Specialist at AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd, you will play a vital role in driving the company's digital transformation and optimising its business operations. This full‑time position is located in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, and offers opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic and innovative organisation.

Main Purpose of Job

Stakeholder Engagement: Review and facilitate discussions on business requirements with all stakeholders for each project.

Requirements Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed documentation to support project development.

System Feature Innovation: Support the innovation and enhancement of functional system features, aligning them with business needs.

Reporting and Documentation: Compile, generate, and analyze project reports, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

Process Improvement Coordination: Collaborate with Business Units and subsidiaries to analyze operational data and identify opportunities to enhance performance.

Business Requirement Documentation: Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and other required project documentation.

Reporting: Generate and analyze reports as required for performance tracking and decision-making.

Stakeholder Coordination: Assist in coordinating requirement sessions and discussions between IT teams and project stakeholders.

User Feedback Analysis: Analyze user feedback post-project launch to identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.

What we're looking for

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

5 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or a similar role

Excellent understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective technology solutions

Strong problem-solving and critical‑thinking skills, with the ability to think strategically

Proficient in data analysis, report generation, and presentation skills

Experience in project management and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
