Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a business intelligence and analytics strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
• Design, optimize, and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualization tools to provide insights and inform decision-making utilizing tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights
• Use SQL to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
• Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and inform decision-making
• Lead the development of governance processes and standards to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
• Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform business strategy and decision-making
• Present findings and recommendations to executive level stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in the field of business intelligence and analytics, with a focus on the e-commerce industry
• Experienced in root cause analysis
