Key responsibilities of the Regional Business Process Excellence (BPE) Manager – APAC include:

  • Drive business process standardization, TCA and sustainability assessment, and continual improvements
  • Lead or assist the implementation of strategic / complex new‑business‑win projects / internal CEVA projects (operational and system aspect)
  • Manage business requirements for both Operations and IT systems with customers
  • Ensuring process compliance through trainings of fellow BPE team members and Operations team members
  • Work with operations to develop and deliver opportunities for improvements with actionable deployment plans
  • Support bottom‑up continuous improvement through station level adoption of Lean practices (i.e. KAIZEN)
  • Assist in monitoring and analysing Operational KPI (in terms of quality, productivity, compliance)
  • Support ground stations and command centres in CEVA Transport Classification Assessment (TCA) implementation
  • Ensure maintenance / refreshing of Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, Training slides and process documentations
  • Assist in onboarding processes related to new products and businesses
