  • Collaborate with business line leaders and teams to develop and implement impactful people strategies that drive growth and enhance performance.
  • Lead HR initiatives, solutions, and programs that align with both HR and business priorities, leveraging organizational insights and data analytics.
  • Proactively manage talent risks through a holistic approach to leveraging and engaging internal talent, while using local market insights to help leaders attract and retain top talent.
  • Execute and embed the people aspects of business transformation and change initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement and initiatives that strengthen the employee value proposition.
  • Actively advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of people and culture initiatives.
  • Support the design and execution of HR initiatives and projects.

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of company’s HR practices across the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, onboarding, talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, performance and reward systems, diversity and inclusion, talent management processes, and organizational design and development.
  • Collaborate with the HR Centre of Excellence (COE) as a regional HR partner to enhance practices that attract and retain talent.
  • Understand compensation strategies for transactional service lines and ensure business leaders prioritize pay, strategic hiring, business cases, and commercial management.
  • Work closely with the SSC team to ensure accurate tracking of employment data.
  • Review, develop, implement, and communicate policies and compliance initiatives regionally.
  • Provide advice to leaders and HR on compliance with local employment laws and cultural practices.
  • Make informed decisions on when investigations are needed and conduct them following best practice principles.
  • Work with people leaders on restructures, ensuring legal compliance and sound commercial justification.
  • Lead or assist in managing underperforming employees, including creating Performance Improvement Plans when needed.
  • Engage external legal counsel and prepare materials for legal proceedings as needed.
  • Act as company's representative in conciliation or mediation sessions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experienced HR Business Partner with a minimum of 8 years of corporate experience preferred.
  • Proven hands‑on experience in translating business needs into functional HR solutions, managing HR projects from planning to delivery and continuous improvement, and driving people‑related aspects of change programs.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and employment laws.
  • Practical experience with HR technology platforms.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR disciplines including talent acquisition and development, employee retention, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, compensation, and diversity.
  • Extensive practical knowledge of legal frameworks, relevant awards, and enterprise agreements, with proven ability to lead negotiations when needed.
  • Skilled in coaching, counseling, and fostering a high‑performing, diverse, and inclusive culture.
  • Capable of leading and driving change and innovation in HR practices.
  • A confident and skilled communicator with a strong presence, able to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with spreadsheets are required, including working with percentages, fractions, and financial calculations.
