Job description
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to support management decision-making.
  • Lead day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with company strategy and goals.
  • Manage business systems and processes related to sales, procurement, supply chain, and logistics.
  • Oversee end-to-end logistics, from sourcing and manufacturing to packaging, warehousing, and distribution in Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Collaborate with sales and management teams to forecast demand, balance orders, and optimize inventory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, distributors, suppliers, and customers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Review and draft business contracts, including sales and import/export agreements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience.
