JABINT Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a Business Operation Executive to support our Business Operation Manager in HR, finance, admin, purchasing, customer service, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
HR & Admin Support
  • Update staff attendance, leave records & HR documents
  • Assist onboarding, confirmation, and filing
  • Manage office supplies, utilities & admin tasks
Finance & Accounts Support
  • Prepare invoices, PO, DO, receipts & payment tracking
  • Update daily cashflow
  • Support AP/AR, petty cash & filing
  • Ensure documents are complete for audit
Purchasing Support
  • Prepare PR, PO & supplier comparison
  • Follow up on quotations & deliveries
  • Maintain purchasing logs
  • Prepare customer documentation
  • Support communication between sales, project & operations teams
Customer Service
  • Answer customer calls, WhatsApp & email enquiries
  • Update customers on project status or document requirements
  • Maintain professional and friendly communication
Social Media & Marketing Support
  • Help with simple video editing (CapCut/Canva)
  • Update company announcements, activities & product highlights
  • Support basic branding and content posting
General Administration
  • Maintain organized digital & physical filing
  • Assist with ISO documentation and folders
  • Support CEO & BOM with ad-hoc operational tasks
Required Skills & Qualities
  • Good communication (Malay & basic English)
