We are seeking an individual who will drive growth through consultative selling, strategic account development, and solution design across our integrated HCP engagement portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, translate marketing objectives into compelling solutions, and coordinate internal experts to deliver measurable outcomes.
<>1. Sales & Business Development:
Conduct consultative discovery to understand objectives, stakeholders, constraints, and success metrics.
Build account plans (stakeholder mapping, opportunity/whitespace, relationship activities, business reviews).
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM accuracy; meet revenue and margin targets.
2. Proposal and solution design:
Distil client goals into clear briefs with deliverables, timelines, and KPIs.Coordinate with internal experts (medical/scientific, content/creative, data/insights, ad operations, product, delivery) to produce compelling, compliant proposals and SOWs.
Frame value and ROI; manage pricing and margin considerations.
3. Client management and delivery coordination:
Manage day‑to‑day communications, prepare meeting materials, and support reviews.
Coordinate smooth handover, kick‑off, and milestone tracking with delivery teams.
Translate performance data into insights and next‑step recommendations.
4. Market and business intelligence:
Monitor competitor activity, therapeutic trends, industry launches, and client org updates; apply insights to account plans and proposals.
Share feedback to inform service and product enhancement opportunities.
2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client service within healthcare/pharma, medical communications, or HCP media/platforms.
Demonstrated consultative selling and account planning experience with measurable growth.
Experience translating client marketing objectives into proposals across content‑led programs and/or platform‑based activation.
Consultative selling: discovery, needs analysis, value articulation, objection handling.
Account modelling: stakeholder mapping, relationship plans, opportunity sizing, business reviews.
Strong communication and presentation; clear writing and visual storytelling.
Cross‑functional coordination with strong follow‑through; data literacy and comfort with dashboards and reports.
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Monday, Pipedrive).
Client‑focused, commercially minded, and proactive.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and analytical.
Collaborative, professional, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
Revenue and margin attainment; forecast accuracy and healthy pipeline coverage.
