Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales team performance by managing inside sellers, setting KPI targets, and designing effective sales strategies.
- Execute individualized performance optimization plans to maximize results.
Client Engagement
- Lead sales strategy discussions based on offering performance and market response.
- Interface directly with client subject matter experts and sales leaders to align strategies.
Deliverables
- Own program performance against sales targets.
- Design sales execution processes and deliver actionable insights from market trend analysis.
People Management
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct one-on-one and team talent management processes to ensure KPIs are exceeded.
Value-Added Initiatives
- Provide insights based on Voice of Customer (VoC).
- Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements, innovation, and transformation opportunities.
Leadership Skills
- Lead by example, drive accountability, and foster a collaborative environment.
Sales Enablement
- Engage directly with inside sellers to define sales methodology.
- Execute individualized coaching plans to enhance performance.
Team Building
- Develop a culture of performance among sales members.
- Retain and recruit top sellers to strengthen the team.
Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Conduct reporting and analysis, identify trends, and ensure understanding of the full sales process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; majors in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields preferred.
- Extensive sales experience, including managing sales teams.
- Strong background in multiple sales motions and/or sales and marketing operations highly desirable.
- 5–7 years of supervisory or managerial experience in IT sales.
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Japanese proficiency required (non-native speakers must hold JLPT N2 level or above).
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Outlook, O365, and web-conferencing platforms.
- Fluent in using Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, PowerApps, and similar platforms.
