Job summary

A leading renewable energy company is seeking a Business Development Manager in Subang Jaya. The role involves planning and strategizing team coordination for sales management, generating new sales leads, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of sales management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for sustainability. Responsibilities also include market surveys and preparing sales reports. A diploma or degree in a relevant field is required, and candidates must be willing to travel.

Business Development Manager (Sales/Solar Industry)

Plan and strategize team coordination related to sales management, prospecting, sales support, client relationship, and Sales Partners relationship.

Provide guidance and training to downline.

Prepare reviews and reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.

Generate New Sales Leads and Client Contracts.

Identify Sales Leads, Pitch Goods or Services to New/Existing Clients.

Maintain good working relationships with new/existing clients.

Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

Write sales/ business development reports and keep track of proposed clients.

Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.

Overseeing the development of marketing literature.

Write sales/business development reports and keep track of proposed clients.

To ensure client satisfaction on the projects delivered for Comm Residential Projects.

To attend customer enquiry and complaint for C&I Projects.

Providing management with feedback.

To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Degree in marketing related courses / engineering / science / finance or its equivalent.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales / sales management.

Passionate about environmental sustainability and renewable energy.

Independent, self-initiative, responsible and committed, strong communication skills, negotiation skills, excellent presentation skills, good interpersonal skills, strong analytical mind, exemplary leadership skills and passionate desire for success.

Conduct market survey and update latest information to the company.

Required Skills: Microsoft Office.

Have pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, communications skills, self-starter.

Possess own transport and willing to travel.
