Business Development Manager (Education – Expansion and Growth)

Job Responsibilities

Conduct market and feasibility studies to identify expansion opportunities and prepare business cases with financial analysis for company consideration.

Search, identify, and propose suitable sites for new school development for company consideration, including negotiations and coordination with local authority and other related parties to ensure compliance and project feasibility.

Develop and manage a facility rental program to lease school venues for external events and community functions and this include overseeing logistics and ensuring operations align with the school’s policies and revenue goals.

Lead marketing, branding, and communication initiatives to support school expansion by planning and executing campaigns, conducting market research and building strategic partnerships that strengthen school brand visibility and student enrolment growth.

Liaison with local authorities, ministries and licensing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development in the education sector.

Proven track record in school expansion, site sourcing, or facility leasing.

Strong experience in strategic planning, enrolment growth, and partnership development.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven and growth-oriented approach.

Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Confident, professional, strong problem-solving skills, adaptable and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
