This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager (Air B&B) to join the dynamic team at Swiss-Garden International Hotels, Resorts & Inns, a member of the OSK Group. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving growth through strategic partnerships with Air B&B.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Air B&B, leveraging your strong industry network and market expertise
  • Negotiate and secure mutually beneficial partnership agreements with Air B&B, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the Swiss-Garden brand and drive incremental bookings through the Air B&B platform
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the Air B&B partnership, including relationship management, performance tracking, and regular reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, operations, and revenue management teams to optimise the performance of the Air B&B channel
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to the company's Air B&B strategy
What we're looking for
