Business Development Manager

Delivers sustained profitable growth for the respective markets in the region
A. Develop annual sales strategies in-line with profitable growth expectations of the company.
B. Establish profitable building blocks for strategic markets i.e.
C. Lead the regional sales teams on periodic engagement with
D. Device & implement margin enhancement plan via establishing strategic pricing plan with expected profit margin to meet the competitive pricing in the market.
E. Analyse 3rd party syndicated market researches & trends to develop relevant sales strategies for current product portfolio and new product launches.
F. Work closely with other internal departments, including marketing, R&D, Finance and Operations, to ensure achievement of company's overall business objectives.
G. Facilitate new product development projects by collaborating with Sales Supports, R&D, Marketing and Operations team.
H. Ensure strategic profitable products portfolio management with annual SKUs rationalization review.
Ensure capability of distributor is in-line with FOM business growth for the respective markets
A. Schedule monthly virtual business review with strategic markets especially on implementation of volume growth building blocks
B. Conduct annual assessment on distributor’s capability to support FOM business growth objectives in terms of
C. Schedule periodic market work to the respective markets to:-
A. Responsible to set appropriate Key Performance Indicators in-line with company’s annual financial budget.
B. Provide on-the-job coaching and feedback to the region sales team to help them enhancing their performance to achieve their respective KPIs.
C. Identify training and development supports for the respective sales personnel.
A. Responsible of preparation and submission of monthly sales report on timely manner for Management review.
B. To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior or Management.
