Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Selangor seeks an experienced sales and marketing professional to develop B2B corporate accounts and implement effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and project management skills, familiarity with the renewable energy market, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin. This position requires traveling for meetings and leading a sales and marketing team.

Job description

Experienced in developing B2B Corporate ICT Accounts / System Integration / Gaming Channels / Solar Renewable Energy / and Servers and DATA Centre applications (e-SSD applications).

Familiar with B2B or B2C IT Channels in Malaysia preferably Selangor/Penang/Johore Bahru will be added advantage.

Familiarity in Renewable Energy (Solar Energy) market will be an added advantage.

Ability to devise and implement marketing strategies/plans to meet sales KPIs using digital and traditional marketing tools/platforms.

Ability to strategize, plan, budget and achieve sales and marketing KPIs deliverables.

Ability to build and manage/lead a strong sales and marketing team eventually once proven.

Salaries will be commensurate with experience.

Based in Selangor (Serdang) or Johore Bahru and able to travel to Singapore for quarterly meeting.

Pre-requisites
  • Self-starter and able to work independently
  • Good project management skills, effective and able to work within budget and market-driven.
  • High energy and comfort level towards working in a fast-paced, matrix organization environment.
  • Good charisma & interpersonal skills with a positive disposition.
  • Possess strong leadership; lead by example.
  • Ability to travel at short notice.
  • Preferably with own transport. (allowance provided)
  • Preferred language: English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
