We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at GPG SOLUTION' in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive the growth and expansion of our company.

What you’ll be doing
  • Researching and prospecting for new leads and potential clients within our target market
  • Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to acquire new customers
  • Engaging with prospects through face‑to‑face meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities and closely monitoring sales activities and performance
  • Collaborating with the wider team to provide input on product development, pricing, and go‑to‑market plans
  • Staying up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
What we’re looking for
  • Work proactively with a positive mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate
