Business Development Manager (Conveyancing & Bank Relations)

Anuar Hong & Ong – Melaka and Greater Johor

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: MYR 3,500 – 10,000 per month

Anuar Hong & Ong is a reputable legal firm specializing in conveyancing and property law. AHO Melaka is proudly the 2nd oldest legal firm in Melaka, with decades of heritage, trust, and excellence.

We are also on the panel of most major banks in Malaysia, enabling us to support a high volume of loan documentation and conveyancing matters efficiently.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen our presence across Melaka and the Greater Johor region, supporting our growth in both S&P and loan documentation work.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank officers, mortgage brokers, and real estate agents to expand the firm’s conveyancing portfolio.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate consistent S&P and bank loan referral leads.
• Promote Anuar Hong & Ong’s services to banks, property developers, and property agencies across the Melaka and Greater Johor region.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the mortgage, property, and banking sectors.
• Work closely with the firm’s legal team to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful case completion.
• Track performance, prepare reports, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking (home loans/mortgages), property sales, or business development.
• Strong network within banks, mortgage teams, and property agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and maintain business relationships independently.
