Job summary

A leading software company in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales growth for HRMS Payroll and Accounting software. The ideal candidate will have a degree, strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin, and at least 1-2 years of experience. Responsibilities include maximizing sales processes, achieving KPIs, and prospecting new business opportunities. This role requires willingness to travel for training and within the region.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in a related field is required.
  • Possess basic knowledge of government statutory in Malaysia such as EPF, Employment Act, and SOCSO.
  • A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee maximizing outbound activity and owning the sales process.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales KPIs assigned by the company.
  • Research, identify, and prospect new business opportunities.

Position Summary

As a Business Development Executive, you are responsible for ensuring the achievement and continual growth of any channel’s sales and profit objectives to support HRMS Payroll and Accounting software.

Main Responsibilities
  • With a primary focus on early and high growth in HRMS and Accounting system to all business clients, you oversee maximizing outbound activity and owning the sales process.
  • Responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly and yearly sales KPI that have been assigned by the company.
  • Research, Identify and Prospect New Business Opportunities to build up the sales pipeline.
  • Submit sales reports to Management in a timely and orderly manner.
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, or conferences on behalf of the company to promote INFO-TECH Cloud HRMS & Accounting solutions.
  • Target and influence new customers to use Info-Tech range of products.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from your Management.
Main Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in any related field.
  • Good communication skills and able to speak fluent English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
  • At least 1 - 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possess basic knowledge of Government statutory in Malaysia such as EPF, Employment Act, and SOCSO is an added advantage for this position.
  • Good relationship building and networking with clients.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel to KL HQ for training for 4 weeks.
  • Must willing to travel within the vicinity of Borneo (Sarawak/Sabah).
