We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

Job Description

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to enter new markets, expand in existing markets, and grow revenue in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Analyze regulatory requirements, industry standards, and market demands to guide the development of new products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure new partnerships and expand client base.
  • Work closely with the R&D and product development teams to create and customize cosmetic and pharmaceutical products that meet client specifications and market needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Nutrition is highly preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, particularly within the cosmetic and pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing process of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, including formulation, production, and regulatory compliance.
