BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (MALAYSIA)
  • To streamline the handling of inquiries and to conduct feasibility study on targeted new market which has potenti al to att ain growth, survey the market orientati on and prepare proposal and recommendati on.
  • Coordinati on of market development abroad by putti ng together new market development plans and closely monitor ensuring the progress are within ti meline.
  • To identi fy and analyze branches/stockist operati ons issues and propose necessary soluti ons and action plans to improve the effi ciency and eff ecti veness of operati ons processes, as well as to sustain and maximize growth.
  • To guide the branch operati on team on internal control procedures and reporti ng system compliance to the requirements of the Headquarter.
  • To support marketi ng team on marketi ng acti viti es and other supporti ve operati onal cases.
  • To develop training materials to improve sales performance of the leaders and distributors.
  • To prepare own departmental policies and work procedures, including work fl ow and SOPs.
  • To take on additi onal responsibiliti es/tasks and carry out any other duti es assigned by superior from ti me to ti me.
  • Ad-hoc reporti ng and analysis as and when required.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration Management, Finance/Accounting, Commerce or relevant equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of experience in the relevant work industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop and learn new skills.
  • Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and efficiently with tight deadline.
  • Ability to communicate effectively & professionally.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to speak good English.
  • Local dialects are a bonus.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Able to travel to many work locations, local and/or overseas.
