Assist in developing Life Science business in Malaysia.

Assist in marketing & sales activities in various workshop, webinar, demonstration & conferences.

Develop relationship with regional HQ, clients, and internal team. Networking within bioimaging community in Malaysia & Brunei.

Follow‑up closely on sales opportunities and funnels and provide updates during reporting/ review meeting.

What You Will Get Involved In

Life Science Market Development
You will have the opportunity to get involved in driving the growth of Yokogawa’s Life Science business in Malaysia—learning how to identify new markets, understand customer needs, and support strategic initiatives.

Marketing & Sales Activities
You will have the opportunity to get involved in organizing and participating in workshops, webinars, product demonstrations, and conferences. This gives you practical exposure to how solutions are presented, marketed, and positioned in the industry.

Regional & Client Engagement
You will have the opportunity to get involved in building relationships with regional HQ, customers, and internal technical teams. You will also engage with the bioimaging community in Malaysia and Brunei, expanding your professional network from day one.

Sales Funnel & Project Follow‑Up
You will have the opportunity to get involved in tracking sales activities, learning pipeline management, and presenting updates during reporting or review meetings—building essential commercial skills for your career.

Requirements

Degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biomedical Science, Pharmacology) or equivalent.

Laboratory Research Assistant experience (academic or industry) is accepted; hands‑on understanding of lab workflows, equipment, and experimental techniques is an advantage.

Hands on experience with confocal / microscope.

Self‑motivated with initiative and strong interpersonal & communication skills.

Willing to travel within Malaysia.
