Responsibilities
  • Meet Monthly Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Farming & Hunting: Manage existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned commercial territory, with guidance from our experienced Sales Team Leader.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Understand customer needs and ensure a positive, solution-focused experience.
  • Value Selling: Apply value-based selling techniques and build long-term customer relationships through effective proposals and presentations.
  • Market Analysis: Identify new opportunities, market requirements, and winning strategies in your assigned region.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits, timely issue resolution, and identifying new sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in any field.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (oral & written).
  • Fresh graduates and school leavers are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Must be willing to work in Johor and possess own transportation.
  • Two (2) new full-time positions available.
