A financial services company in Malaysia seeks a Business Development Executive for finance leasing to maintain relationships, tailor solutions, and meet revenue targets. Candidates should have a diploma/degree and at least 2 years of experience in corporate leasing or financing. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills are essential. This role is results-driven, requiring creativity in problem-solving to expand the client base. A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics is also needed.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts.
Conduct reviews and tailor solutions to meet customers' financial needs.
Proactively seek referrals from new and existing clients by building a strong business network.
Ensure high service quality and compliance standards.
Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in SME corporate leasing or corporate financing.
Experience in sales/business development, corporate sales, or account management will also be considered.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills to generate business leads.
Creative problem-solving mindset to identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
Results-driven with a proven track record of performance and the ability to work independently.
