We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the waste management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Market Research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships.

Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationship with key clients, providing excellent customer service and support.

Develop, manage and grow a robust sales pipeline, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Create compelling proposal and presentations tailored to the client's needs effectively communicate the company's value proposition.

Lead contract negotiations, secure business agreements and close deals in line with company objectives.

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product Development, and Operation to ensure smooth implementation of project and client satisfaction.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecast, and updates on BD activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a business related field and a few years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related area.

Preferably Executive in business development with minimum 1 years experience in related field.

Good knowledge and understanding of BD requirements.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office application with experience in handling software.

Essential skills include strong communication, negotiation, and analytical ability.
