Job Responsibilities
  • Identify potential customers who can contribute high volume/gross margin to the company
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for business expansion
  • Analyse customer product costing
  • Work with management to develop sales strategies to acquire potential customers from competitors
  • Maintain good relationships with customers to sustain business
  • Monitor and follow up on customer payments
  • Process sales orders
  • Ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and adequate stock levels by monitoring and following up on customer orders
  • Prepare monthly sales forecast
  • Prepare reports for management
  • Work closely and regular meetings with superior & Management around fiscal planning
  • Follow-up for collection of payment
  • Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services
  • Perform any others duties assigned by superior
  • Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc job / project as and when required from time to time
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business studies / Marketing or relevant qualification
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in sales / marketing environment or in the related field
  • Knowledge in Sales / Material Forecasting and Supply Chain Management
  • Knowledge in Sales / Marketing documentations and procedures
  • Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace
  • Ability to analyze situations from multiple perspectives
  • Backed by details and facts, demonstrate good judgment and persuasion skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work proactively with people at all levels and independently to meet fixed deadlines
  • Experience of monitoring information and analyzing and excellent attention to details
  • Strong business acumen and excellent written, presentation and verbal skill
  • Detail-oriented, strong team player who performs well under pressure
  • A team player with positive attitude, initiative in nature, and diligent in carrying out tasks
  • Proactive, dependable and able to work independently
