Job summary

A leading business solutions firm in Malaysia seeks a Sales Executive to help companies modernize their operations. You will identify prospects, build relationships, and manage the full sales cycle, translating product features into benefits for clients. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. The role offers competitive compensation of RM 4,000 – RM 6,000 per month, plus bonuses and EPF contributions.

What you’ll do

Grow new business by identifying prospects, building relationships, and turning needs into tailored solutions.

Become a trusted advisor to corporate clients—run engaging product demos and translate features into real ROI.

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, proposing, closing, and post‑sales follow‑through.

Deliver clear value stories and negotiate win‑win deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Maintain strong account relationships to drive retention, referrals, and expansion.

What you’ll bring
Must‑haves:
  • 1–2 years’ experience in sales or a strong passion to start a sales career (fresh graduates with sales interest are welcome).
  • Strong communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to support Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driving licence, and the ability to travel within your territory (e.g., Klang Valley).
Great to have:
  • Knowledge of office equipment and/or IT solutions markets.
  • Experience presenting solutions to corporate clients and managing a simple sales pipeline.
Compensation

RM 4,000 – RM 6,000 per month, plus guaranteed 2‑month annual bonus and additional 4% EPF contribution.
