We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is self‑motivated, responsible, and takes pride in producing high‑quality work. This role is ideal for someone with experience in outreach, sales coordination, or business development who enjoys communicating with people, managing outreach activities, and working with digital tools. Training and guidance will be provided to help you grow further.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform targeted outreach to companies and individuals through digital platforms
  • Build, organise, and maintain prospect lists with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Write clear and persuasive outreach messages in both English and Mandarin
  • Collaborate with management to refine outreach strategies and messaging
  • Engage prospects, qualify interest, and assist in scheduling meetings
  • Update and maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and follow‑ups
  • Prepare weekly reports on outreach performance, conversations, and conversions
  • Support general administrative tasks related to sales and lead coordination
  • Suggest improvements for outreach processes, scripts, and targeting strategies
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in outreach, business development, sales coordination, or a related role
