A leading ICT solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Executive to manage accounts and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor's degree in ICT or related fields and at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the ICT/GIS sector. Key responsibilities include owning the sales lifecycle, coordinating tender submissions, and keeping abreast of industry trends. This role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a willingness to travel.
Responsible for Sales, Account Management and Business Development to meet given profit target annually.
Research, identify and develop new business/market opportunities for the sector assigned
Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential customers.
Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
Coordinate and assist with Tender Bid/RFP/Quotation/Price Schedule preparation and submission.
Prepare records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities to measure progress, challenges, and prospects
Participate and support marketing activities and other duties associated with the position, when necessary.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitors’ activities to stay ahead in the market
Diploma/bachelor’s degree in ICT/Business Study/Engineering/GIS or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in ICT/GIS industry.
Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated, team player and customer centric.
Sales oriented and able to work under pressure.
Possess own transport and willing to travel domestically and internationally.
