About the role

We’re looking for a numerically strong Business Development Executive to support the growth of Cotebas Interactive. You’ll work closely with the CEO on lead generation, business analysis, and industry research.

This is not a hard-sell role.

What you’ll do
  • Build and track a structured sales pipeline
  • Analyse pipeline, pricing, and win/loss data
  • Support proposal and pitch preparation
  • Conduct industry, market, and competitor research
  • Share insights to support strategy and planning
  • Generate and qualify potential leads
What we’re looking for
  • Strong with numbers, logic, and spreadsheets
  • Organised, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with analysis and research
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
Nice to have (big plus)
  • Experience in an agency environment
  • Prior exposure to business development, sales, or strategy
