Medlife Tech Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of innovative lifestyle beauty and healthcare platform, is seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in expanding business globally and driving the growth of our organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to effectively engage potential clients.
  • Planning: identifying and delivering compelling sales pitches to showcase our services to new merchants, driving engagement and retention. Negotiate with merchants to drive growth (promotions, marketing exposure, supply strength, partner programs, etc) and achieve business objectives.
  • Relationship Building: fostering strategic partnerships and strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Operations: handle and manage merchant's onboarding processes smoothly according to company procedures. Coordinate essential merchant support and business growth, including solving merchant issues, improving customer satisfaction, coordination with finance on timely payment, support troubleshoot on any technical issues, and handling merchant's agreement.
  • Communications: generating leads, conducting outreach, and engaging potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present tailored solutions.
  • Goal: track and achieve monthly business KPI's, demonstrating the ability to drive consistent business growth.
  • Analysis: continuously monitoring and analysing market trends to identify new growth avenues.
What we're looking for
  • Proven track record in new business development, preferably in E-Commerce or FMCG with a background in business development & account management would be an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively present and negotiate.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and address client needs.
  • Ability to work independently to achieve collective goals.
  • Willingness to travel domestically with occasional international travel.
  • Physical endurance, as Business Development Executive may need to be on their feet for long hours and spend a lot of time traveling between locations.
