Job description

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to support the Director across multiple businesses, including F&B, property, and home furniture. This role works closely with the Director to identify growth opportunities, support partnerships, coordinate execution, and ensure initiatives move forward in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and supplier sourcing to support expansion and operational decisions
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and service providers to drive initiatives from planning to execution
  • Assist in the execution of promotions, events, collaborations, and operational rollouts
  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently
  • Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and basic reports related to business development and ongoing projects
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups with key stakeholders
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects related to business growth as assigned
What we’re looking:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proficient in WhatsApp, Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
  • Must possess own transport and able to drive for work-related duties when required
