Job summary

A leading solution provider in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Executive to attract new clients and oversee the sales process. The candidate will identify market opportunities, prepare proposals, and manage relationships with key clients. A Diploma or higher in any field and 2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. This role offers a dynamic environment focused on growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post‑Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 2–3 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing or Business Development.
  • Required skills: Microsoft Office, Communication and Presentation skills.
  • Highly self‑motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results oriented, self‑driven, persuasive, persistent and resourceful.
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Good negotiation skills and able to provide excellent customer experience.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise various job demands.
  • Highly self‑driven, positive attitude.
