Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate the organization’s sales and marketing activities.
  • Implement sales and marketing programs.
  • Determine price lists, discounts, delivery terms, sales promotion budgets, sales methods.
  • Identify, pursue, and manage opportunities for projects from government and government agency platforms, including participation in project tender processes.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services according to client requirements.
  • Monitor competitor activities, identify market gaps, and generate new business leads for the company.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize market data and trends to prepare management reports and actionable insights.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients through regular engagement, understanding their evolving needs, and identifying new marketing opportunities.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding product specifications, applications, and services.
  • Track and analyze sales performance to ensure company sales quotas and revenue targets are met.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (operations, finance, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.
  • Manage and resolve client complaints and feedback in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with clients to secure business deals.
