Business Development and Strategic Program Manager

As Business Development and Strategic Program Manager, you will be responsible for Leads the development of new business opportunities within a region or a product line/portfolio. In addition to securing business, analyzes sectors, markets, and competitors to identify new opportunities and maintains and expands relationships with new and existing customers. You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to:

  • Drive business growth by developing strong network and relationship in project ecosystems and key account management.
  • Develop and strengthen go-to-market strategy to increase market coverage.
  • Leading the business transformation by driving strategic initiatives.
  • Through active leadership participation in the local community and professional organizations, maintain an understanding of the business environment (i.e., legislative, purchasing, and market trends).
  • Drive business planning and forecasting.
  • Seeking a professional, goal oriented, self-reliant, and self-motivated candidate, preferably with exposure in Building Management System/HVAC/Fire System/Security product portfolio and strategic management experience/certification. Candidate must have strong leadership, communication, and analytic skills to drive operational excellence in a matrix organization.

How you will do it:

  • Use in-depth technical knowledge of HVAC/Fire Systems/Security/BMS products and facilitate sales team, consultants, developer and end users on design and specification.
  • Deliver high-quality technical seminars/presentations, product demonstrations to consultants, developers, end user and recommend viable solutions for their project requirements.
  • Structured and align the strategic initiatives with all stakeholders, conduct regular cadence to monitor and evaluate, and deliver the quick wins.
  • You are a hunter driven to seek and develop strong customer relationships, self-motivated enjoying the challenge of working independently to drive personal growth in line with business growth.
  • You’re naturally perseverant, tenacious, and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • You will be reporting directly to Country Leader.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
  • 10-15 years of direct experience overseeing sales/business development and leading strategic initiatives/programs.
  • Must possess strong skills in presentations, reporting, and effective writing; risk management/decision making skills; and strong critical thinking skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to establish and follow closed loop processes; and hold others accountable to the closed loop process.
  • Strong, tactful leadership skills are a must for this role.
  • Ability to partner with cross functional teams in a matrix organization to achieve results.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
