- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Pitch products or services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms to close deals
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
Strategic Partnerships
- Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to deliver client solutions
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, client interactions, and market feedback
- Provide regular reports to management on business development progress
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: 1â5 years in sales, marketing, or business development (depending on seniority).
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Relationship-building and networking abilities
- Market research and analytical skills
- Goal-oriented, with strong sales and closing techniques
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Possess own transport and willing to Travel.
