Drama Byte is Malaysia’s go-to studio for viral short dramas. We create snack‑able stories that grab attention on TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. We need a versatile, agile Business Development Executive to turn bold ideas into high‑value partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage brands, agencies, and media platforms; identify win‑win partnership opportunities.
• Pitch creative campaign concepts and branded‑content integrations that fit client goals.
• Own the pipeline: build proposals, follow up, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Work with content, production, and marketing teams to launch sponsored projects smoothly.
• Track market trends, sponsorship avenues, and new revenue streams to keep us ahead.

Who You Are

• 2–4 years in business development, partnerships, or client management (media/agency a plus).
• Confident communicator and storyteller—comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Creative thinker who understands branding, content, live‑stream formats, and audience engagement.
• Highly organized, proactive, and target‑driven.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
