Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business processes including finance, accounting, sales, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to gather and analyze requirements.
• Configure and implement Business Central modules and features.
• Assist clients with data migration from existing systems.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users.
• Conduct system testing to ensure proper implementation.
• Create user documentation and training materials.
• Identify and resolve implementation issues as they arise.
