- To supervise and ensure the task received via TRAC Workflow/GroupBiz Helpdesk is accordance to the requirement before next proceedings.
- Validate on the quotation submitted is accordance with the issuance from Actuarial Office.
- To follow-up on any insufficient information that may impact the processing of the business.
2) Preparation of Schedule of Benefits:
- Take accountability for setup on the product(s) and plan(s) associated with the business requirements inclusive contribution / fees maintenance.
- Perform intermediary maintenance if the business is associated with an intermediary and setup on the administration fee.
- Customize on the arrangement of the subsidiaries / cost centres / branches which might impact on the bills display and sorting.
- Cater for dispatch administration for different channel of business subject to the instruction from business client (if any).
- Accommodate any financial and non-financial business changes in order to ensure accurate contribution payment and coverage.
- Conduct regular quality checking on the setup of the business at peers level to ensure comprehensiveness.
- Perform data massaging due to different format given by client for enrolment of members for new business subject to the certificate and products/plans setup.
- Perform updates on member movement during certificate effective date to ensure accurate headcounts and contribution billing.
- Take accountability for the following bills issuance: Initial Billing, Instalment Billing& Endorsement Billing
5) Manage all internal enquiry related to business setup and offer solution to mitigate business needs and address any identified risk (if any).
6) Cultivate and support an ethical culture to fulfil legal and compliance requirements, and encourage professionalism amongst stakeholders.
7) Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Qualification / Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in related field/s of study
- Minimum 3-5 years of change and project management experience in managerial capacity, including change portfolio management and enterprise-wide prioritization
- Good understanding of business and management principles, including strategic planning and resource management
- Strong people management skills and ability to motivate and engage team members
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
