Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Strong analytical and business reporting writing skills.
  • Display good planning qualities to drive implementations.
  • Self-motivated; able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with project lifecycle, SDLC, or Agile/Scrum is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and propose solutions.
  • Develop Business/Functional Requirements and document them in JIRA.
  • Participate in discussions to understand requirements.
  • Manage project deliverables according to PMO standards.
  • Maintain project documentation as per SDLC/Agile.
  • Plan and control UAT testing and works end to end.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements to create detailed business analysis, design recommended solutions
  • Develop Business/Functional Requirements/JIRA, i.e. define business problems via in depth investigation and gathering of technical and non technical information to a requirement specs
  • Participate in discussion with various related parties to understand the requirements and deliver recommended solutions & document requirements in JIRA
  • Manage projects deliverables according to the standards and expectations of the PMO
  • Prepare and maintain all projects documentation as per endorsed SDLC/Agile
  • Maintain project plans and reporting documentation as necessary to ensure timely communication and successful delivery of assigned projects
  • Ensure projects are planned and executed in line with the PMO approach
  • Aware of regulatory and compliance matters
  • Work with project manager in delivering projects
  • Plan and Control UAT testing and execution works end to end
Requirements
