A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a Business Analyst for a Payroll Shared Service Center project in Malacca City, Malaysia. This role involves implementing systems, collaborating with teams to identify business needs, validating requirements, and enhancing IT services. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields and are preferred to have a junior IT background. This is a 2-year contract potentially leading to a permanent position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Preferred junior executive background in IT.
  • Ability to work in Damansara Uptown area.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Payroll Shared Service Center project implementation.
  • Work closely with delivery team to identify business needs.
  • Validate user requirements into business requirements.
  • Enhancing the quality of IT products and services.
  • Work with development team to build high-quality solutions.
  • Analyze design of technical systems and business models.
  • Ensure project development is set up according to requirements.
  • Prepare reports on application development and implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Payroll Shared Service Center project implementation which covers requirement analysis, system configuration, system development, testing, system support and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with delivery team / user to identify the business needs and determine the best solutions to address ongoing business requirement.
  • Validate users requirements into business requirements.
  • Enhancing the quality of IT products and services
  • Work with development team to build high-quality solutions.
  • Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models & business needs.
  • Perform checking to ensure project development is being setup according to requirement.
  • Prepare reports on application development and implementation

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Junior executive in any IT background are preferred to apply.
  • Candidates must be able to work in Damansara Uptown area.
  • This is a 2 years contract position and highly potential to convert to permanent role
