Job Responsibilities
- Maintain end-to-end sales reporting process including CRM system (data stewardship)
- Ensure accurate and timely incentive computations (including accruals)
- Assist in target setting process and other ad-hoc business analysis tasks as needed
- Collaborate with commercial function to support and drive development of sales team by conducting onboarding / refresher training such as incentive scheme, sales reporting tools and CRM system briefing
- Manage sales and CRM database and user access
- Drive CRM utilization, reporting analysis, in alignment with SEA guidelines
- Timely completion and submission of reports
- Timely and accurate incentive accruals, reconciliation, calculations and payout, ensuring compliance with J&J Code of Conduct
- Conduct regular reviews with commercial teams on SFE KPI, sales performance and productivity
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in any field, preferably Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Economy, Business related.
Experience and Skills
Required
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales/marketing/business analyst/IT function
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PPT) is a must
- Data‑driven, analytical problem solver capable of delivering results with little supervision
Preferred
- Proficient in dashboard building using visualization tools such as Power BI/ Tableau
- Knowledge in using Power Automate / Power Apps is an advantage
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including commercial, marketing, finance, IT and supply chain
