Understand business needs and requirements, be curious and ask the important questions.

Preparing Business Requirement proposal.

Enable effective and strategic decision-making by analysing data from multiple sources and provide any possible use cases or report for customer

Develop presentations that vividly and clearly communicate your analytical results and actionable insights for a diverse range of audiences.

When the technical issues are complicated which needs an immediate response or troubleshooting, NOC engineers must escalate the matter to management as per their SOP (Standard Operation Procedure).

If need be, they can include Tier 2/SME, 3rd party or vendors for a faster resolution. They maintain the appropriate communication channels within intra teams or outside so that all stakeholders are kept informed ahead in time bound manner.

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields. Masters is an advantage.

Professional certifications for any business intelligence solution would be an additional advantage.

Proven working experience in data analysis. Preferably at least 2 years of experience working in:

Business users to gather requirements and design solutions; and/or

Data analysis, excel and PowerPoint; and/or

Cloud technology involvement

Writing SQL query and building reports and dashboards with any business intelligence tool such as Tableau, QlikView/Qlik Sense, Power BI or equivalent

Able to engage with various users to translate business requirements into data requirements.

Good understanding of cloud technology

Good understanding of dimensional modelling and data warehouse concepts

Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data

Solid problem-solving skills and creative thinking to identify new solutions.

Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations
