About The Role

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for connecting business needs with technology solutions? We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our IT team and play a key role in translating complex requirements into practical solutions. You will work closely with clients, solution designers, developers and cross-functional teams to analyse workflows, define requirements and ensure our systems align with business objectives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can turn ambiguity into clarity through structured thinking and effective communication.

Core Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
    • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather, analyse and document detailed business requirements.
    • Define project scope, objectives and user needs that align with overall business strategies.
    • Translate business processes into functional specifications and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
    • Conduct business process modelling and create system documentation, including flow diagrams and requirement traceability.
  • Solution Design and Delivery Support
    • Work with product owners, architects and developers to design scalable and efficient solutions.
    • Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
    • Support the rollout of new systems or enhancements by defining operational requirements and conducting system testing or troubleshooting.
    • Develop and deliver user training and support materials for successful adoption.
  • Stakeholder and Project Management
    • Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery.
    • Contribute to project initiation documents, scope statements and progress tracking.
    • Facilitate discussions to resolve issues, clarify requirements and ensure effective collaboration across teams.
What We Are Looking For
Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within an IT or digital transformation environment.
  • Proven experience in business process modelling and defining both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Hands‑on experience working in Agile and SCRUM environments.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in testing and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Feature, Epic and User Story development.
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple engagements in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to translate complex technical details into clear business insights.
